2. Pick an in-stock frame
Choose from the frames on our boards, designer to budget. Same-day means the frame leaves the wall, not a warehouse.
3. Our lab cuts your lenses
The lab is part of the practice, in the building, running all open store hours. Nothing gets shipped anywhere.
4. Walk out seeing
Fitted, adjusted, and done: the same day when lenses are in stock, or usually within a day or two when we order them.

Why we can do this when most can't
At most optical retailers, "your glasses are ready" means a text message a week or two later, because your order was shipped to a central lab, cut alongside thousands of others, and shipped back.
Our lab is part of the practice, in the building at 300 Needham Street. When your single-vision lenses are on our shelf, the person cutting them is steps away from the person who fitted your frame. That is how "ready today" becomes a normal sentence instead of a rush fee.
When same-day matters most
- Broken or lost glasses. If they're your only pair, every day without them is a bad day.
